Training is a prerequisite and a must for Bintang Perwira for new staffs and for the development of curent staffs. We aim to fulfill our mission statement on the development of our team. We have a designated Security Training System to transfer knowledge and skills through guidance to gain confidence and readiness in order to be deployed in our qualified personnel.

All those seeking employment with Bintang Perwira must undergo full training to meet and Comply with the security industry standard that include CSG (Certified Security Guard) and TNG (Training Nepalese Guards).
